cleaned and healed

this morning was really rough, but I got through it. I tried to take advantage of myself and record a really sad song, but I couldn't get it off the 4track and all it was was A anyway. maybe I'll lift it later for a sample or intro. richard gave me lasagna and I should probably try to eat it. I cleaned up all of the mess I made in my apartment and filled my car's tires with air.
